The lsac.org website reads:
"All grades and credits earned for a repeated
course will be included in the GPA calculation
if the course units and grades appear
on the transcript. "
For clarity, here is my question. If my transcript read:
-----------------------------------------------------
Course Name____________ Credits/Units__Grade
"Intro to Such and Such"___3.000_________F
-----------------------------------------------------
Then I can safely assume that an "F" will be calculated into
my grade. However, if my transcript reads:
-----------------------------------------------------
Course Name____________ Credits/Units__Grade
"Intro to Such and Such"___0.000_________F N
-----------------------------------------------------
Then it will not be calculated into my GPA because the
units reads zero?

Re: LSDAS calculation question!
Agreed. That line probably means credits earned in the class, not credits the class was potentially worth.

Re: LSDAS calculation question!
After a strict review of my unofficial transcript, I don't see anything resembling a 'credits attempted' score present.
What I do find is that one "F" class was retaken and has 0 credits/units next to it, while another "F" class was not re-taken and has 3 credits next to it.
Quite confusing for me.
