Last year for OOS it was $43,800
This year for OOS it is $47,500
That's an 8.5% increase in tuition across one year alone.
Damn, that's not a small amount of money. Especially when you factor in next year it's going to increase further, as well as the year after that.

one school I looked at, ONU (granted its a 3rd tier private) raised its tutition by about 12%. Can't remember what it was prior but the ABA data sheet had it at 27,500. Now its 30,964.
