Decision has been mailed

Online Status Checker:

Decision has been mailed

Does this sound like a rejection or an acceptance? :?

It sounds like they've decided to send you to the moon as part of their secret Lawyers are Really Astronauts Program. It's a great honor, as normally you can't qualify for LRAP until after you've graduated from law school.

Seriously I don't know. When did you apply? Are your stats strong for them? Did you give the dean of admissions good head?

Could be a waitlist, unless they have a specific status for that like Mich does.

*facepalm*

This only means that your decision has been mailed. That's it.

If I were you, I would go to the school-specific threads, find your school, and read what other people have seen on their status checkers before they received their acceptance/rejection/WL.

Was the font RED on the status checker?? Hmmmmmmm.... I don't know. Could be reverse psychology on their part. Make you think you're out when you're in. Woo hoooo!!!!! Big surprise! Balloons and confetti celebration!!!!!!!!!!

Or not. Who knows? You could be dead by the time the mail gets to you. You never know.

You think if I put my underwear on my head and dance in the middle of my neighborhood my chances of receiving an acceptance letter will be greatly increased?

depends on the school. some reject via email and accept via mail. others have different practices. without disclosing the school can't help ya.
