Who should I address the LOCI to?

Dear Harvard Law School Admissions Office/ Committee, ???
Dear Harvard Law School Admissions,

The school's admissions committee. Your file will most likely not be reviewed by an individual but rather the committee. By addressing it to an individual you immediately alienate those who are also reviewing your file and have authority in deciding your fate.

^This advice works just fine.

Or, alternatively, I don't see anything wrong with addressing it to whomever sent you the wait list letter in the first place. But if you do that, make sure they know that's why such as opening with, "Dean Rubenstein, thank you for notifying me of my wait list status..."
