Transcript Changes

Post by wijo0305 » Fri Apr 09, 2010 12:09 am

I had a fairly rough semester my sophomore year. Catching chickens (seriously my job) and school don't mix. I had 2 F's, D, FN in an 072 class (eventually negotiated a way to not take this class and take the upper level course) and a couple W's.

Anyway, I retook all of the classes and got much better grades. My GPA from my school is 3.09, but my GPA on LSP is 2.79 (not including the 072 FN) or 2.72 (counting it).

I was curious if anybody has tried, or has any suggestions regarding a way, to get my UG to remove the F's or D since they were retaken, or if anything at a minimum change the FN to a non-punitive W (does LSAC even count these 0.. Classes?)

I highly doubt this is possible, but it is a fairly unimpressive school that doesn't produce many LS applicants so maybe they would be more accommodating.

I searched the forums but couldn't find anything that answered my question. Also, please move this if it is the wrong section.

Thanks. I figured that would be the case, but wanted to see if there were any options.
