GULC Under Review Date Changing?

So I just checked my GULC status checker and saw that my under review date changed, does this mean that a dec. will be coming through soon? I am an outside long shot to say the least (LSN in my prof) but have been under review for a while, so maybe they applied a little thought to me app. not to mention I gave a specific reason for wanting to go PT. Thoughts?
