I would go to my second choice, work hard, graduate, clerk for a SCOTUS justice, practice successfully for a few years while doing 20 hours of pro bono work per week, free 100 innocent men, donate 50% of my earnings to a homeless shelter, spent summers teaching underprivilaged kids all over the world. Then I would reapply to my top school. If I don't get in, repeat, and reapply.
