What should I do? Both stats are below medians but at or above 25th%. Nothing really changed with regard to my resume. I expect my GPA to improve alittle by the time I graduate, perheps even reaching Harvard's median.
Should I bother sending in a LOCI? I mean, of course I want to go to HLS.
Should I bother sending in another LOR? I already sent in 3 and I could perheps get another proffessor write one for me, but doubte that they will say anything about me that hasn't already been said.
Is there anything else I could do?
I don't have any illusions about this, but I figure I should give it my best shot anyway.

Bottom line summary: absolutely send an LOCI, it can't hurt. Of course, keep in mind that you're probably going to get rejected in the end as the hold category appears to be greatly inflated this admissions cycle, but you might as well go out giving it everything you've got.
