U of Iowa vs. OSU

Hey all, I'm torn right now:

Option 1 is U of Iowa (26) with no money.

Option 2 is The Ohio State University (35) with the following benefits:
1) 10hr Week Job with Housing (Free Rent)
2) In State Tuition
3) 10k a year.

I know Iowa is ranked higher, but I plan on staying in the Midwest area post-grad and I think that the difference is negligible...
