Rutgers Newark Application Option - Non-numerical Factors

Post by jdhopeful11 » Fri Mar 26, 2010 11:28 am

Hey guys, for those who have applied to Rutgers Newark, then you will know what I am talking about.. The Rutgers Newark application has an option where you can have your application be reviewed with more emphasis on your "non-numerical factors" than just your numbers alone, but it also mentions that a significant amount of emphasis will still be placed on your numerical factors, just not as much.

Anybody have any experience with the "more emphasis on non-numerical factors" application option, or care to share some insight on whether that option would make a big difference if your LSAT is a nickel below the median, but GPA is at the median?
