Quitting Job for Law School

Post by oberlin08 » Mon Mar 22, 2010 12:06 pm

Given the current economic environment, is anyone having second thoughts about leaving their (OK paying for me) job for Law School?

I get these second thoughts that are like, maybe I should wait a few more years...

I am. Basically, if I don't land BigLaw I'll be taking a pay cut. That said, I've always wanted to be an attorney and now I have the opportunity, so I'm going for it (debt be damned).

Yes. It is definitely a hard decision (in any economy). But, similarly to utswdukie80, I know I want to do this, and I am excited about going to law school.
