The school should be forced to act once the public gets word. Fox News is great at uncovering immoral behavior like this, and getting the truth out to the American people. We won't stand for such hanky-panky to be going on in our school systems. The liberal brainwashing our kids get in undergraduate is enough. We don't need the "educated" law professors in their ivory towers teaching our kids that they should go out and be harlots. Would you want your daughter sinning her way through law school?
I'll be praying for them.

If its a public school and the sex work is legal, I don't think they could really do much about it.

I don't see any way this could possibly backfire.

Wait. Why does it matter if it is a public school?Trifles wrote:If its not a public school and the sex work is legal, I don't think they could really do much about it.
Edit: Also, a school could exert a morality clause in their honor code. They do stupid crap like that for these type of things, even if no criminal violation has occurred.

Oops I meant if its not a private school, which would mean they might have religious objections, etc. If stripping, being an escort, or even a prostitute is legal where the student is doing it, what reason could a non-Religious school possibly have to punish a student for working there (under 20 hours a week, if the are a 1L)?CyLaw wrote:Wait. I thought that was what you meant, but wanted to make sure. And even non-religious people can be prudes or think that they "know" better than other people.Trifles wrote:Oops I meant if its not a private school, which would mean they might have religious objections, etc. If stripping, being an escort, or even a prostitute is legal where the student is doing it, what reason could a non-Religious school possibly have to punish a student for working there (under 20 hours a week, if the are a 1L)?CyLaw wrote:Wait. I thought sex workers actually had to have sex in their work... Does stripping qualify? Otherwise, unless you're shooting porn, its only legal in Nevada.Trifles wrote:If its a public school and the sex work is legal, I don't think they could really do much about it.

It's odd isn't it? That paying someone to have sex with you is a crime...unless you're filming it for others to see.Drake014 wrote:I thought sex workers actually had to have sex in their work...
