UNC's deadline is 03/01, but why does LSAC say 03/15

My guess is they extended it since the application wasn't ready until October 15th, instead of the usual date of October 1st.

that's kinda what i was thinking except their application is bar none the most flagrant use of blank app. space to show you that the deadline is march 1, There's like a Font 25 "DEADLINE IS MARCH 1" on top of every page.

http://www.law.unc.edu/admissions/default.aspx Website says March 1 too. Only way to be sure is to call...

Your App needs to be complete by 1 March, but your LORs, dean certs, transcripts etc, things out of your control have until the 15 to make it to the LSAC for processing...

My guess is because UNC likes to mess with people. It's torture.
