Leverage offer to leverage another offer
Is this feasible? For example my 3rd choice (lowest ranked) gave me the most money, can I negotiate to get more money with my 2nd choice (2nd lowest ranked), then take any better offer the 2nd school gives me and try to increase the offer at my top choice (highest ranked school).
