A few of my applications are pending my LSAT score, so they have not been reviewed yet. Is it acceptable for me to submit a GPA addendum now?

why not? i did it. The bottom line is the addendum in many many ways helps them in their application process, so they want it. if you ever have something to add to your file to aid in the app process whether it be an updated LSAT score or legitimately updated resume, they want it, and an addendum is no different.
