How egregious an error?
How egregious an error is it to have put 1/1/09 instead of 1/1/10 on the signature portion of the application? Is it serious enough to call the admissions office or is it something that doesn't matter since we have to sign the applications electronically through LSAC anyway?

I wouldn't worry about it. I am sure even adcoms get the year wrong when dating things right after the new year.

I have to disagree. You're doomed. Definitely too late to apply for the '09 cycle.

Thank goodness. I was stressing out. After the hundreds of hours slaving over my PS and application, it would be awful if the date I signed at the end of working on the application barred me from getting admitted...

I didn't do it for Harvard or Yale, but I did for many of my others...
