New York State has no money = SUNY has no money = Buffalo has no money to give your brother. Nothing to be insulted about.

So that comes to what...a whopping $12-13,000 in tuition? Are you serious? That's the best tuition deal going besides a full scholarship at another school, which isn't exactly easy to come by if your stats fall within Buffalo's range.

+1. Paying attention to the current state of the economy is win. A good portion of private schools are strapped for scholly cash as well.
