Sending LOCIs with new LOR Forum

I am about to send out a round of LOCIs. I dont really have anything significant to add except for a pretty good LOR. My major doesnt really show I can write, so I have an LOR from an english prof. Do I send his LOR into LSAC or straight to the school? I want my LOR and LOCI to be grouped together, but I dont know if it will arrive at the same time through LSAC (im guessing I would email the LOCI and tell them the LOR is on its way from LSAC?) Anyone have any experience with this?
