Work experience question

Post by 313D313 » Sat Feb 13, 2010 8:57 pm

I graduate in May of this year and plan on taking my LSAT and applying to law school in October. I will be working after that and until i attend law school. How can i show this "year" of work expereince on my law school apps since i won't be working till after i send in my apps?
Work expereince is helpful and i know its only 1 years worth but its better than nothig.

You can't. However, you can send an updated resume when/if you gain employment at any point. If possible, get a job before you send out your apps, they'll assume you'll stick with this position throughout the year unless you send updated material showing different.

i currently have a job, do you think adcomms will give the benefit of a year of work expeirence because ill be working for a year before i attend law school.

I know the benefit would be major especially in my case ( i have been working full time since my senior year in high school) just wondering though.
