Need Advice on Rutgers Newark Law Forum

I think I am going to attend Rutgers Newark Law in the Fall and was wondering if anyone could chime in on the commute. I am thinking I could commute from the city and use my parents residency in NJ as my permant which it is currently and just do penn to penn each day or commute from Hoboken, but for hoboken it looks like the commute is longer due to the path going through JC, any advice?
