Quick (But Important!) Question Regarding LOCI

My application at Santa Clara is in "second review." Is it advisable to send a LOCI, or should I wait until I am deferred/waitlisted? It is my top choice.

Reasonable people can disagree about this, but I think you should send one, especially if it is indeed your top choice. I'm going off the assumption that being "in second review" is something like the equivalent of being on hold at many other schools?
