Notre Dame confirmation email???

So i applied a few weeks ago to Notre Dame thanks to a fee waiver but have yet to recieve anything from them letting me know that my app is complete and under review or what not. I know they do not have a status checker but do they normaly no tsend anything to you until they reach a decsion?

I applied early January and got a complete email from Notre Dame on 1/18.

Just got one email, complete and ready for review. About 10 days after submission (I'm assuming they send it when they receive the paper report from LSAC).
