Certification letter pls advice........

Does anyone know how to find the certification letter that we're supposed to sign and send if we're sending our applications electronically?

Not every school has a separate form that you sign and send. For some schools the certification is included in the act of sending it electronically. If a school has a separate form it is usually located in the 'supplemental documents' section.
