Does anybody know where I can find a list of the top Intellectual Property law schools?

The advice that I've encountered is to go to the highest ranked school that you can comfortably afford. Case in point, Franklin Pierce is ranked highly for IP, but you would be crazy to go there instead of -let's say arbitrarily- Boston College.

+1. I would not attend an IP school over a regional T1, e.g. Santa Clara over Davis or Hastings.

I think that's a bad analogy. I'd personally take Santa Clara with money over Davis/Hastings sticker. Especially for IP. Once you get into lower T1, I think taking money at the T2/3/4 school is the better plan ITE.

I wouldn't take Santa Clara over UCLA/USC...

What do you think of GULC (IP#14) vs GW (IP#3) if you are sure you will go IP after graduation?

Unless massive scholarship at GW, GULC no question.

GW really does have a solid IP program and the American Intellectual Property Law Association journal is housed at GW: --LinkRemoved-- . So if you get a scholarship and are sure you want to do IP, I think GW is completely solid.
