Assuming first class mail takes up to 3 days, they probably received it by January 25, which means it's been 9-10 days. I would call them next Monday to see what's up.

My school sent mine out on January 28 and it updated today. Does anyone know how long it takes for schools to get the updated transcript once it's been sent from LSAC to the school? Is it instant?

It depends on whether they request a paper or electronic copy. You can see what they chose under "Report Status."
