June LSAT > Fall 2010?
Curious if there is any chance for a Fall 2010 acceptance with my upcoming June Lsat? I have the applications done, just need to take the lsat. Any chance?

That is past the app deadline for almost all schools....you should wait until the 2011 cycle

Most schools won't even accept February for same year admission, except in the case of a re-take. You are pretty well locked in to the 2011 cycle.

FWIW, I think Indiana-Bloomington lets you apply up until the first day of classes. If you get a 164 or above and want to practice in the Midwest, you could apply there. You may be out of luck when it comes to scholarship money, though.
Anyway, your options will be severely limited if you do this. It's probably not the best idea. That shouldn't stop you from thinking about it, though. I decided to go to law school for sure right around mid-November of 2008, which was too late for the December test. I thought about taking the February test and trying to rush in my applications, but people on here wisely advised me against it. I ended up spending one extra, horrible, grueling year at my incredibly shitty job though. But no matter how shitty it was, I'll likely have much better options this year, which bodes much better for every year of my life after this one.

Know someone who got a 180 in June. He went into a law school admissions office just asking about applications for the following year. He ended up interviewing with the dean immediately and they offered him a spot for three months later. (The school was a lower Tier 1 by the way.)coobs wrote:Curious if there is any chance for a Fall 2010 acceptance with my upcoming June Lsat? I have the applications done, just need to take the lsat. Get a 180. Then you have a chance.
