Yes. You are no longer under an ED contact with UM so you may apply to UVA with it.

Disclaimer: I would anonymously check with UVA to be ABSOLUTELY sure.

i don't see why not. You are no longer bound to UM. (call UM and make sure you are no longer bound)

Okay, well for anyone else who wants to know, I spoke to both Virginia and UM admissions offices and both confirmed I'm good to go.
