Is it too late to cancel my registration for the February administration? I'm aware I won't get a refund, but a cancellation seems preferable to a blank space where the score should be.

It is too late I think. The deadline was Jan 17. Your options are either to not show up and have an absence or show up and cancel or show up, take, and then cancel.

I would take option 3 if I were you.

A cancellation counts toward the limit of 3 LSATs in a 2-year period. However, it doesn't count if you no-show it.
