Also, what's the average semester/year credit hours? i.e. how many classes do ppl take? is 4/semester considered average or light?

Nope, only the summary report. A year is typically 30-32 credit hours depending on how many your undergrad requires for graduation, which is typically at least 120 credit hours. Depending on the credit hours per class, that could be anywhere from 3 to 5 classes.
