change of date for "App Under Review" at Chicago

My "Application Under Review" date changed from 12/31 to 1/25. I assume this isn't great or awful, in that I haven't been accepted or rejected yet. Does anyone know why it would change, and what the estimated response time is now that it has changed? App has been complete since the first week of November.
