One of the two professors that has agreed to write me a letter of recommendation asked for a 'Letter of Application.' I believe that's the 3 paragraph cover letter, but she didn't clue me in as to who it should be directed to. Should I direct it at her asking for the recommendation (which shes agreed to write) or the law school I'm applying to?

She's probably talking about your personal statement.
