What to write in a "Why xxx?"

Obviously, write why I want to go to xx school, but should I include specific programs that I am interested in/location of school/reputation? I read somewhere, maybe it was here on TLS that schools don't like to see applicants write about their programs because they already know about their programs...so any advice on what type of specifics I should put would be great. thanks!

Search "Why x" in the search forum box. Talk about how their program is aligned with your interests. Mentioning location and reputation is debatable, in my opinion.
