Transcripts
Will schools see that I LSAC has received an updated transcript for me and that they are processing it similar to how they see that one is registered for the LSAT? I don't want to get WLed before they see my updated grades at least.

No, they only see the updated transcript after LSAC has processed it and sent out updated law school reports.
