Transcript confusion

I am trying to get my applications finished today and unfortunately the LSAC is closed on the weekend. My undergrad colleges use a 3rd party Transcript fulfillment service does the LSDAS accept these as official or do I have to write a special request to my college registrars and have them sent directly from there?
