Back in undergrad, I successfully sued the city I was living in for an injunction against an unconstitutional noise ordinance. I proceeded pro se at first and eventually got the ACLU to represent me.
This story is the basis of my PS. Initially I thought it would be a great story of what began my real interest in law. I am now having second thoughts as I wait for acceptances. Does it make me seem like a litigious trouble maker? What are your alls thoughts on this story helping or hurting me?

You didn't "trip" on a sidewalk and sue for millions. You sued to eliminate a law that infringed on citizens' rights. I don't understand how that makes you a litigious trouble maker. I think the best thing to do is just sit back and wait for the acceptances to roll in.

Yeah...
I suppose I left part of the story out. I was in a position to sue because I was affected by the ordinance (i.e., got busted having a large party), although it was worded quite differently.

I figured. I know lots of good people who like to get rowdy once in a while. That doesn't make the ordinance any less unfair.

You probably should have chosen a different topic for your PS, but it really won't make a difference.
