Too many schools to list?

Minor problem with some of my applications...

I've attended 4 separate undergraduate institutions, but most of the school's applications I'm applying to only leave room for 3. 1 of the colleges I only attended during the summer of 2009, where I only took Stat 101. Should I leave this one off of my applications and attach it in an addendum? Would it be okay to attach it to my brief (2 sentences) LSAT addendum on a new line?

i attended 4 schools and never had this problem on any app.
my guess is to just list the most relevant and they'll have ur transcripts anyway
