Formatting letter question (for LOCI, etc)

I'm trying to chase this info. up and having some difficulty getting a consensus. :|

-I'm curious if you mention a course name you're interested in, is that name italicized?

-If you make a possessive out of something ending in S... is it CLS' or CLS's, for example?

-Finally, when writing a letter, I thought the sender's details are indented to the right and the recipient's info. is indented to the left. But I've seen examples here where it's all left-indented. What's most correct?

don't do CLS's. either CLS' but probably Columbia's would look best.
