what are my options
non URM male, 161, 3.43 lsdas gpa, first gen college, what should be 2 very solid LORs, and 2 paid summer internships(chemistry), PA resident-open to relocation.

You definitely have options. There are plenty of TT and lower T1 schools who take stats like yours. Try http://www.lawschoolpredictor.com

No money at T1
If you are lucky , you might get some $ from Tulane or some lower T1
Are you applying for this yr?

it's not too late if he gets his apps in this month. i mean yes it reduces your chances but all hope is not lost.

apps were supposed to go out this week, then I found out my registrar left off my most recent semester (4.0) which drops my gpa to a 3.32. should i just submit the apps now or try to get this problem fixed?
