Do I have to choose between applying to the full time or the part time program at Fordham? Can I apply to both? If so, how??

When you apply to a school, you have to pick if you are applying to the full-time program or part-time program on the application itself. Don't think you can apply to both.

Let's say I applied to the FT, but want to switch and be considered for PT instead. Will they allow this? Will it look shady? Should I just send over a very concise email?

There are some law schools which give you the option to be considered for both.... I don't know all of them, but I am aware of a couple that are Tier 1.

GULC allows you to apply to both FT and PT.
