I need to do several addenda to explain gaps in education, one termination of employment, and an arrest from 20 years ago. When I submit the addenda should I do a header like so:
Question # Adendum
Name LSAC#
or
Addendum: Gap in Education
Name LSAC #
if there is no specific question number asking me to address the issue
Or is there some other format I should follow?
Also is single-spacing an addenda OK if there is nothing to specify one way or another or should I double space everything. I just feel like my application is getting a bit long and I think single-spacing may make it look less voluminous.
Thanks for the help

Re: Question about formatting addenda and other attachments
I also have a few different addenda to write and I am unsure about formatting. Should they be on separate documents? One addendum is a page long and the other three fit on a separate page.

Re: Question about formatting addenda and other attachments
I put in the header -
Name
LSAC Number
Question # (or general title for general addenda - "Question 14A" or "GPA Addendum")
Name
LSAC Number
Question # (or general title for general addenda - "Question 14A" or "GPA Addendum")

Re: Question about formatting addenda and other attachments
This link advises to use different documents to separate the addenda: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=100838
Thanks for your advice above also.
