Waiting until next cycle Forum

Hey everybody,

Don't know if there is a thread out there like this or not, I haven't spent much time on TLS lately. After all the amazing fee waivers etc, is anyone thinking this is really late in the application game to be submitting? I am seriously considering applying next cycle to better my chances but not sure if I should just apply now. My PS is done, but nothing is perfect yet. I have a pretty good stats 172/4.0 but think I am WAY behind in the application game. Can anyone give me an argument to just apply now.

Also do you know if we will still get these fee waivers if we apply first thing Sept?

what does fee waivers have to do with it?

are you talking about too late for scholarship money or too late for admission?

Just try at your top few schools, and if you don't get what you want there's no harm in holding off until next cycle. Only a couple hundred bucks gone, anyway.

do what the guy above me said. your numbers might just take you there (unless you're hellbent on HYS).

already applied this cycle, but i'm contemplating withdrawing and applying super early next cycle if i get a job i need to make a commitment to. i'm on the cusp for the t14/15-20 that i want (3.4/170) so i think it would be to my advantage in terms of admissions offers. if they're going to let anyone in right now in t6, though, its you and a handful of others who've managed an lsat above 172.

It's probably a good idea to wait it out. The economy is still garbage for OCI purposes.
