My reference writers all mailed my letters last week, before New Year's - two weeks before my first school deadline, January 15th. None of them are on my LSAC page yet.
I just found out that FAXing letters is possible and that they seem to be posting letters in a couple of days. Should I have my recommenders re-send their letters via FAX?

Yes, if they are willing to do it then I think you should ask them to fax it in.
