Sending via email a copy of the LSDAS report?

A school has asked me to send them a PDF version of LSDAS report for verification of a merit fee waiver, but I'm not really sure how to do this. Any suggestions?

Note: I'm still waiting on an old transcript to clear as well as LORs, does that mean that I don't have a report if my file is not complete?
