schools receiving transcript updates?

Post by gor19don » Tue Jan 05, 2010 3:57 am

If I submit my applications through LSAC today and request that my university sends my fall quarter grades to LSAC tomorrow (which will likely take at least a week to process), will the schools I've already applied to receive the updated fall grades from LSAC?

yes, to my understand they should. but each school requests updates at different dates. some request it only on the 15th, some will do it right as it is received, some are only on mondays, etc. you can see this when you go to the report status. it will show you when each one will be updated! i hope that helps!

Thanks! So how do these reports work? Will they inform me when my transcript has been updated? Also, is there anywhere in the applications where I can indicate that my updated grades are on the way?

if you look under report status, it will show you each time they send a new report out

ahh, so it's pretty much the same idea as submitting applications then retaking the lsat -- the school will get the updates as they arrive. thanks for your help!
