Hey I just finished app. electronically and and payed money with my credit card

I checked all certification box and I noticed that there are few schools that has cerfitication

form in LSAC and some of them are not saying anything about 'no need to send this form if

you applyed through LSAC electronically'

Is there any school among top 30 that sending a certification form is necessary even if I payed and applyed

electronically?
