LSAC Experience

So I just called LSAC regarding my transcript, after being on hold for about 20 minutes, the guy I talked to sounded like a complete jackass, saying that it is my fault that my transcript may not be processed until AFTER the February 1st submission date. Has anyone else had a negative experience dealing with them on the phone?

Even if one did, why would they report it on a public forum? I understand you had a bad experience, but we do not know the whole story...you may be at fault here or you may be innocent...but complaining on a publically identifiable forum is not the answer.
