It just says you have a waiver.kulshan wrote:Is Columbia like the other hidden ones? Mine now has a place to enter a code, but I don't have a code to enter. For Chicago and NYU it just told me I had a waiver.

You can try, but I heard that Columbia does not really like when people solicit waivers. Also, I tried soliciting from Penn and they told me no, they only give them out via CRS and not when people request so... I don't know if you'll have any luck!2014 wrote:I have a Penn and Columbia waiver from last cycle that I didn't use after choosing to hold off a year. As they didn't catch me in their CRS search in the last couple of weeks, does anyone know of anyone who has had luck emailing them with a copy of last years waiver and requesting one this year?

They emailed fee waivers the next day last year. So I'd give it another day or two.icedflames wrote:no columbia =(
Should I wait a few more days or just submit tomorrow?

Interesting... I'm currently in the Mountain West, but I went to undergrad in some other region (it seems like different schools carve them up differently... either Midwest or South Central).MumofCad wrote:I'm pretty sure I haven't got a Columbia one yet either kulshan and we're pretty tight number-wise. Either they aren't done sending them out yet, or they factored out our range. It really is just based on 2 little numbers, so it shouldn't be random. It might be that they can target certain geographic areas/numbers ranges - like say they know that most in your number range don't matriculate even if admitted EXCEPT if they are from New York/New Jersey or something. That might account for some variation.
Now there's a charge.
