Just got Northwestern. Clearly, they have no idea I'm a k-JD.

I just wasted like 30 minutes filling everything with BS on the NU form to find out if I had a hidden waiver and literally a few minutes after I had found out and gone back and deleted all the information, I get an email from NU telling me I have a waiver. Patience FTW.

NU Fee Waiver! I submitted it this morning before the email came out and thought it was a hidden one. Pretty happy that LSAC got notice of the fee waiver before we did or else I'd be out $100 right now.

Doesn't look like I have a NYU or UPenn hidden but the process is different from last year. Anyone who got one want to share numbers?

Did receive NU and Penn hidden waivers, but did NOT receive an NYU hidden waiver. Definitely applying to NU, maybe applying to Penn (undecided because I'm slightly below both medians, so I think they just want more people to reject), and definitely NOT applying to NYU.

:D I just got Northwestern fee waiver. I would love to go there but wasn't going to apply because I thought my numbers were too low. Now I just have to give it a try. I also have received fee waivers from Virginia, Iowa, and Emory among others. Now if I get rejected at least it wouldn't be waste of money:)

Northwestern by email today. Coming straight from undergrad, is it even worth the $16?

Guess my lowly 167 isn't getting me a NU fee waiver. Will have to solicit once October LSAT scores come in.

Are your numbers significantly above their medians? It may be worth it. I heard they deferred some people for a year and gave them huge scholarships if they were willing to work for a year & come back to law school afterwards.

Tried dipping my toe to see if I had hidden waiver from Penn; it said that the $80 would be added to the cart or something and I was too scared to click the certification and go further to check. This means no hidden fee waiver, right?

This. A deferred full-tuition scholarship would be an AWESOME option to have, and even though the chance is probably small, it's worth it for $16, IMO. Guy from my undergrad got it last year.

This process makes no sense. NYU (hidden), but no Penn or Northwestern as of now. WTF is that about?!

Really? Wtf NU? I would have thought there was just a cutoff for LSAT score where people above it got a waiver.
