do you think it would be a good idea to email Cornell and ask them when they do their CRS wave? or is that an obnoxious question?

Have you tried soliciting? When I solicited in Sep they let me know that I'd be getting a waiver the following week (essentially telling me when their CRS wave would be).

yes i did, but they weren't as specific when they answered me. they just said to make sure I'm registered with CRS

Okay. Just hang tight then. I think asking when CRS is coming would be sort of obnoxious, yeah.

In addition, the University of Baltimore School of Law wanted to remind me that were I to enroll, I "will learn the law in our LEED Platinum-certified John and Frances Angelos Law Center". OK, that settles it!

University of Washington tells me that my LSAT "impressive undergraduate grade point average certainly make [me] competitive for admissions at the University of Washington School of Law". OK cool I don't have a GPA.

You should be gunning for a 99th percentile TOEFL score. If it doesn't work out, just retake.
Retaking that TOEFL for $$$ for anything below 99th percentile is the credited response for sure
