Nice work
I'm too lazy to compare to last year but just generally, it does seem like "FTBR" is a good clip higher in general, no?

The numbers being posted include school funded jobs.BigZuck wrote:Nice work

For example, Davis should be at 66% instead of 80% if you subtracted school funded.

Ohio State up to 72% from 58% (no school funded included). BYU is up as well. Too lazy to do the rest but seems like an overall upswing, but then again maybe this is self selection on which schools are reporting so far.

I thought the same thing. I wonder if some of the effect is due, in part, to the motivation of schools with improved numbers to make their employment data available sooner. I suppose that's possible considering that our sample consists entirely of schools that posted before they had to. But who knows?BigZuck wrote:Nice work

Class was about 10% smaller than 2013 so things should look better even if the number of jobs stays the same.rpupkin wrote:I thought the same thing. Drexel's format was odd I accidentally pulled all bar passage required jobs. Fixed the Drexel number above.scottidsntknow wrote: Yeah plus some are just off, like Drexel. Still good job though.

Re: Latest employment data
Well bad news everyone... I realize the mistake I made with Drexel I made for all the other schools as well. I have now corrected all of the numbers in the above posts and unfortunately they are not as impressive as before.
I also removed two schools that deleted their data since last night.
I have now completed a pass through all the schools.

It is an atrocious 63%. Emory has more than 20% of its entire graduating class in school funded to prop up this number.

Re: Latest employment data
The interesting thing about Emory is that last year's numbers were worse. Employment score on LST was in the low 60's when you take out school funded jobs, and BL+FC was only around 25%.
It looks like the administration is aware that Emory's class sizes have been way too big he past few years. Last year's class size was only 224.
